ClubStanding operates a multi-tenant athletic governance SaaS application. This document outlines our data collection, security, and processing rules for user-authorized telemetry.

1. Data Collection & Custody

Our systems store raw data payloads and normalized physical telemetry metrics received from third-party APIs (including Strava and Garmin Connect) strictly after explicit user authentication. This includes:

• Identity Assets: First name, last name, and email address.
• Physical Telemetry: Precise geographic metrics, timestamps, moving and elapsed durations, heart rate data, and specialized device metrics (cadence, running power, stride length, and vertical oscillation).

2. Purpose of Processing

Biometric and sensor telemetry metrics are processed solely for localized running club leaderboard calculation, performance analytics, and automated anomaly verification algorithms. ClubStanding does not sell, trade, monetize, or distribute user biometric history to marketing agencies, advertising networks, or third-party brokers.

3. Data Retention & Right to Erasure

Users maintain complete ownership over their data footprints. If an athlete revokes permission or updates their profile status to Redacted, ClubStanding automatically purges their email address and replaces their profile details with anonymous identifiers across all multi-tenant leaderboards.
